What: An Earth Day dinner with friends, hosted by Emily + Murray Fisher, Andy Yu and oHHo founders, Nicola + James Stephenson
The setting: Guests followed a dreamy woodland trail all the way to Clover Barn; a gorgeous, Colonial-era barn in the heart of Bedford Village.
We ate: A tasting farm-to-table menu by Chef Paulie G of Hayfields. Think wild mushroom medley (foraged that day), seared garlic and saffron scallops and family-style Chimichurri skirt steak. Plus an epic dessert buffet (that quickly became the night’s gathering spot).
We drank: oHHo’s THC-infused cocktails. A firm favorite? The Pomegranate Fizz.
The vibe: DJ Andy Jones spun a mix of XX [line to come] while friends hung out post-dinner on plump, white sofas. And the oHHo goody bag - CBDark Chocolate and Good Night Dots - meant guests could take the mellow vibe home.
